Boeing in Trouble - Whistleblower Found Dead

Talk about great timing on my end, I sold off Boeing (BA) a few weeks ago after the Alaska Air door blew out mid-flight. Now the whistleblower John Barnett was found dead in a parking lot of an apparent self-inflicted wound. Barnett, a Louisiana resident, was then found dead in a car outside a Holiday Inn from what the Charleston County Coroner’s Office ruled was suicide. Me and my big mouth. I posted about Boeing flying high at the end of the year and patting myself on the back and then that door blew out on Alaska Air. Since then, the stock price has crashed and burned, rightfully so. Where will it stop? I guess it will hit the $180 target price level first. Boeing Rises Higher in Trading

Boeing (BA) had a great day yesterday! The stock’s been rallying from its interim low in October on a lot of good news coming out in its favor. For starters, Lufthansa has decided to buy new planes from Boeing over Airbus. That hasn’t happened since 1995! That’s nearly 3 decades ago! In fact, it appears that this has been a banner year for airplane orders and both Boeing and Airbus are benefiting! While the recent price action feels good, I do offer a word of caution though, Boeing is NOT trading at an all-time high. It’s just climbing out of the local low spot. ...
